Welcome to Terribile Sports Academy, a division of TNT Athletics LLC. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By enrolling in our programs, visiting our facilities, or using our services (including our website), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Purpose & Philosophy
Terribile Sports Academy, operated by TNT Athletics LLC, is committed to developing confident, skilled, and disciplined young athletes ages 5–18 in baseball and flag football. Our mission is to empower youth through tailored sports training, mentorship, and life-skill development in a supportive, family-first environment.
2. Program Eligibility
● Programs are available for athletes between the ages of 5 and 18.
● Enrollment is subject to available space and skill-level evaluation if applicable.
● Parents or legal guardians must complete registration and consent forms for minors.
3. Registration & Payments
● All fees must be paid in full before participation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
● Payments may be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved methods.
● Seasonal camps, private coaching, and group sessions may have separate pricing.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling
● TNT Athletics LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any session due to weather, safety concerns, or low enrollment.
● In the event of cancellation, a makeup session or credit toward a future program will be offered.
● Participants may request to reschedule private sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice.
5. Code of Conduct
Terribile Sports Academy is a safe, inclusive, and growth-minded community. We expect all participants, parents, and staff to uphold our core values:

Unacceptable behavior includes but is not limited to:
● Disrespect toward coaches, staff, or peers
● Bullying or harassment
● Unsafe conduct on the field
● Disruptive behavior during training
Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the program without refund.
6. Health & Safety
● Parents must inform staff of any pre-existing medical conditions, allergies, or special needs.
● All participants must have active health insurance.
● TNT Athletics LLC staff are CPR/First Aid certified and follow best practices for injury prevention and response.
● In case of emergency, we will contact the parent/guardian listed on file immediately.
7. Media & Consent
By registering, you grant TNT Athletics LLC the right to use photos, videos, and testimonials of your child for promotional and educational purposes. If you wish to opt-out, please submit a written request.
8. Liability Waiver
Participation in sports carries inherent risks. By enrolling, you acknowledge these risks and agree to release TNT Athletics LLC, its staff, and affiliates from liability for any injury or loss that may occur during participation, except in cases of gross negligence.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. All personal information collected is used solely to provide services and improve our programs. We do not share or sell personal data.
10. Changes to Terms
TNT Athletics LLC may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and emailed to registered users. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
