What is the Student Success Academy?
The Student Success Academy is an 8-week academic enrichment program designed to help students build confidence, strengthen academic skills, improve organization, and develop lifelong learning habits. Unlike traditional tutoring, our focus is on teaching students how to become successful learners, not just helping them complete homework.
Is this tutoring?
Not exactly.
While students will strengthen skills in reading, math, writing, and organization, the Student Success Academy is an academic coaching program focused on confidence, study habits, problem-solving, communication, and independent learning.
Who is this program designed for?
Our Student Success Academy is designed for students in Grades 2–6 who want to:

🎯 Become more independent learners
Students do not need to be struggling in school to benefit. Many families enroll simply to help their child continue growing academically.
How are different grade levels taught?
Students are placed into age-appropriate academies to ensure instruction matches their developmental level.
🌟 Rising Scholars Academy — Grades 2–3
🚀 Future Leaders Academy — Grades 4–6
While each academy follows the same weekly themes, lessons, activities, discussions, and expectations are designed specifically for each age group.
Does my child have to attend all 8 weeks?
We strongly recommend attending all eight sessions because each week builds on the previous one. Students who attend consistently receive the greatest benefit from the program.
What happens during a typical session?
Every 45-minute session follows the same structured format:

Students stay engaged while learning practical strategies they can use immediately in school.
Will my child receive individual attention?
Yes.
Although students learn in a small-group setting, activities are designed to encourage participation, discussion, and individualized support whenever possible.
Students needing more personalized instruction may benefit from Individual Academic Coaching.

Students will need:
